Description
Gate reported to not be functioning properly: Gate 1- Found error codes had been cleared by another Vendor. Found loops in place in the driveway but the loop detectors were missing (quote to replace the Loop detectors will be emailed). Gate 2- Found rodents nest in gate operator. Cleaned out the nest and debris. Gate reported to not work when it's raining. Found a junction box with the photoeye and edge was wet and full of water, drained box and moved the splices to the top of the box to prevent shorting if the box gets water in it again. Gate is in service at this time. Labor - 3 - $140.00. Zone 1 service truck trip fee/ Fuel / Consumables - 1 - $45.00.
