quote on 2/13/26 extended to 60 days (see attached e-mail) Lead Stabilization Air Monitoring and Clearance Morris Dam, 9500 N. San Gabriel Cyn. Road, Azusa, CA 91702 Abatement monitoring will include an initial inspection, a set of in progress lead air sampling and clearance surface sampling. Costs for 2 shifts of abatement monitoring and project management, are included in this proposal. 1. Monitoring will be conducted by a Lead Certified Sampling Technician. 2. Samples will be transferred to an AIHA, NVLAP certified laboratories for analysis. 24 hour turnaround time will be requested for results. Turnaround times start upon laboratory receipt. 3. Upon completion of the field work and receipt of laboratory results, a clearance notice will be provided (Notice to Contractor Form). A report will be provided approximately 3 weeks later. The report will be reviewed and signed by a Certified Industrial Hygienist who is also a CDPH Lead Certified Inspector/Risk Assessor.
