Description
This research evaluates how traffic-related air pollution (TRAP) mixtures, including ultrafine particles (UFP), contribute to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) through neuropathologic changes. The study aims to develop and validate long-term UFP exposure models and estimate associations between TRAP exposure and neuropathologic outcomes.
