Description
The project aims to provide state-of-the-art genomics and bioinformatics technology and expertise to advance the City of Hope U19 program, focusing on glioblastoma. Core B will offer CAP-certified, CLIA-approved exome and transcriptome sequencing for patient care decision-making, bridging molecular discovery to clinical application. The core will perform comprehensive genomic profiling, analyze tumor heterogeneity, and identify signatures of vulnerability to therapeutic agents. It will also develop bioinformatics methods, including machine learning, to maximize data utility and support adaptive clinical trials.
