The Translational Research Core at the Center for American Indian and Alaska Native Diabetes Translation Research (CAIANDTR) aims to advance a translational research agenda specific to AI/ANs, with broader applicability to racial/ethnic minorities and rural populations. The core provides training, technical assistance, and community engagement activities, focusing on diabetes prevention and treatment interventions, health literacy, health information technologies, dissemination and implementation science, and sustainability of health services.
