Description
Proposal seeks to evaluate DTG-linked impaired neurodevelopmental outcomes with underlying mechanisms, assess long-acting poloxamer-encapsulated DTG nanoformulations as potential delivery means to improve safety and therapeutic profile of DTG during pregnancy, and establish scientific exchange with ongoing clinical study examining children exposed to DTG in utero in Botswana for validating findings through clinical relevance.
