Description
The City of Spokane Water & Hydroelectric Services department is seeking bids for on-call paving services (rebid of PW ITB 5410-21). Work must be completed in accordance with the bid provisions and City Standard Specifications. This project constitutes routine maintenance under state law and is subject to the payment of prevailing wages, though a payment/performance bond and statutory retainage are not required. This work will be awarded for an initial three (3) year term beginning in Q3 2021. Pricing may be renegotiated annually, subject to City acceptance.
