Roofing: Remove and replace roof with Owens Corning duration class 3 architectural shingles.; Soffit/Fascia: Install soffit on all rakes on both gable ends. Replace fascia board on rear rake (left side) removing plywood area. Wrap all fascia board on house.; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters with 5" seamless gutters and 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Trim: Replace rolled skirt board on rear corner of house. Seal hole around AC line with clear caulking. Replace J channel on east windows (south end of elevation). Install new 4-5" sized house numbers on front.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace front entry door. Install new mid­view storm door on front entry door. Place front window with new vinyl slider window. Door and window work Include wrapping exterior trims on; Siding: Remove siding on driveway side where patch was made. Install aluminum siding similar in profile in that area.; Decks: Remove and dispose front deck steps. Replace with 4x4 sized deck with steps going toward driveway side and to lined up with new concrete pad. Remove and replace rear deck with 8x8 sized deck with steps
