Consultant services with Nishamari Pagan (Coach Nishie) to plan and provide a series where families learn strategies to promote wellness and exercise. The series should be interactive and include opportunities for families to connect and build relationships with others while learning to practice ways that positively impact the health of all family members at home. The series should include a focus on empowerment, lifestyle, exercise, mindset, mood regulation, coping skills and building trust through connecting with community and peers. The consultant shall perform services on February 2, 2026 - May 29, 2026.
