RUSH- WEBSITE CONSULTING- Lights Camera Action Scope of Work: LA County Library to run paid digital campaigns in support of designated programs (stated below) on paid digital ads platform. LA County Library will have a course on content creation launching Jan 5 and would like to promote registration on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. For YouTube and TikTok, video would be used. Thus, three total campaigns will be needed. Matt Rosenberg will help set up, run, and report on ad campaign(s).
