Description

The study explores whether these receptors contribute to vascular dysfunction and tests the effects of their gain or loss of function on retinal cells, hypothesizing that inhibiting these receptors could improve barrier function and reduce inflammation, oxidative stress, and VEGF levels, offering potential therapeutic targets for diabetic retinopathy.
