Montana State University (MSU) is the government buyer seeking to procure a reverse/forward roll film coater for the production of highly accurate thermoset hot-melt epoxy resin as part of a US Army contract to develop specialty carbon composite/epoxy prepreg at a pilot plant level (TRL 6). The solicitation includes the purchase of a 14" Direct/Reverse Roll Coater (1 unit), an optional chiller unit for the cooling table (1 unit), and an optional thermal oil heating unit (1 unit).
