Description
The Multnomah County Department of County Assets / Facilities and Property Management, on behalf of Multnomah County Library, awarded Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Chapter Three Library Bond Projects, including the historic Belmont and St. Johns libraries, and the newly acquired Northwest Pettygrove building. The project delivery vehicle is a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) process. The awarded CM/GC firm will work cooperatively with the Owner, A/E Representatives, Owner's Rep, and other Trade Partners to assist with constructibility of design, to build the Project, and throughout the life of the Project. The anticipated start date is May 2023, with an anticipated delivery date in Fall 2025. The procurement is open and located in Oregon, US.
