Description
This project aims to develop a personalized immunotherapy for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) to prevent relapse after bone marrow transplant (BMT). The approach involves engineering immune cells (T-cells) from donor blood to target leukemia cells, including the use of chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). The project will test the safety and efficacy of T cells specific for multiple tumor proteins, engineered with a novel CAR, in preventing relapse.
