GENERAL CONDITIONS - Project Management and Supervision - Dumpster - Temporary Fencing - Cleanup SITE WORK - Remove sections of pvc white fence and dispose off-site - Underground site utility locate - Dig out shell rock to 6" depth and dispose off site - bring in dirt for new sodded areas - Contour soil at sidewalk area and on either side of handicap spaces. - Install sod at all disturbed areas - Reinstall new PVC fencing per plans CONCRETE - Install 2 handicap parking spaces with striping (per plans) - Reuse existing handicap parking signs - Install 2 parking bumper stops 12/15/2025 CO issued to line 1 to correct period of service.
