Description
Sealed proposals for the construction of the 2019 CRACK SEAL PROGRAM project, will be received by the City of Bellingham, 2221 Pacific Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98229 at the Purchasing Office until June 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., and thereafter will be publicly opened and read. The improvement consists of: Sealing pavement cracks and joints to prevent surface water from entering the degrading the subgrade and structural components of the road section. Locations of crack sealing vary throughout the City and a map and List of locations is included within the bid specifications.
