Description

Repair/Resurfacing of Courts 10 Through 14 Advantage Courts proposes to repair, and resurface the tennis courts 15, 16 & 17 (19,800 square feet) according to the following specifications A. Clean the courts of dirt and mildew etc. B. Machine sand the courts as necessary to remove crack edges and minor elevations. C. Blow out structural cracks, fill with patch mix, and/or membrane to reduce reflection. D. Flood the courts and patch all areas holding water to 1/8 tolerance after draining. E. Square up all patched areas with acrylic resurfacer and machine sand to a smooth surface. F. Apply one coat of acrylic resurfacer to the entire surface inside the fence. G. Squeegee two coats of SportMaster sand-filled acrylic color over the entire surface, inside the fence. Colors to be chosen by the owner. Currently Blue and Light Green H. Stripe the courts according to USTA standards producing sharp white lines for tennis. I. Paint net post and reinstall existing nets.
