This estimate is for all materials, labor and supervision required to Rehab the gazebo at Bithlo Park. Included in this estimate are the following items. GENERAL CONDITIONS Project Management and Supervision Clean up SITE WORK AND FINISHES Pressure wash entire gazebo Cut 2 inches of the rusted ends of overhanging roof panels around the entire 140' perimeter. Wire brush any rusted areas found. Prime all rusted areas. Paint structural members with oil paint and paint the roof panels with latex paint. (Match existing color - Blue) NOTE All work to be done during normal business hours. Job to begin 30 days after approval. Job completion time within 30 days of commencement.
