Description
The Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources has issued a decision to grant a private, non-exclusive easement to Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company for a 15-year term. The easement covers approximately 1.4 acres of State tide and submerged lands in Hawk Inlet, within E ½ Section 27, Township 43 South, Range 65 East, Copper River Meridian. The easement is for the installation and maintenance of an outfall line for the Greens Creek mine.
