Description

Montana State University Billings (MSUB) is requesting proposals from providers with extensive expertise and a proven track record in a competitive admissions environment related to Search Management, Application Generation, and Marketing. The University seeks an enrollment marketing partnership that can provide strong application yield rates among qualified students with an emphasis on growing in-state freshmen and expanding out-of-state first-year markets to build a robust incoming class with desired academic characteristics, while meeting the University's needs and enrollment goals. The University expects the Offeror to dedicate a project team to this effort on behalf of the Office for Student Access and Success. The minimum requirements and an assessment of current and projected needs are provided below: Personalized and integrated Student Search of High School Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors with an initial deployment target date of August 2026. Student search services will also include a multichannel applicant marketing campaign to inquiries, rising seniors, and their parents/families.
