Description

This project aims to establish and validate MRI methods to better detect and characterize high grade glioma (HGG) brain tumors based on divergent microstructure, glycolytic metabolism, and glutaminergic synapse profiles of invasive HGG subtypes. The research objectives include establishing and validating quantitative diffusion MRI microstructural signatures and quantitative metabolic 2H MRI signatures of NEU and GPM HGG subtypes.
