QUOTE #P226-143 ITEM - Project Monitoring/Observation PCM air sampling included in shift rate SCOPE OF WORK GETC is providing a cost proposal for the following services: Monitoring Services - Provide certified Site Surveillance Technician asbestos monitor on site during contractor's work. - Oversee activities as representative of owner. - Perform inspections including pre and post abatement activities. - Prepare close-out document (Job Book) at completion of project. Final Job Book At the completion of the project, GETC will prepare a Final Job Book that will include a summary of all activities, all daily site logs, air monitoring results and any other close out documentation required by EPA and Cal-OSHA.
