BARBER PARK DOG WASH CONCRETE / DRAIN 2025 This estimate is for all materials, labor and supervision required to install two (2) dog wash concrete pads with drains leading to a drywell. included in this estimate are the following items. GENERAL CONDITIONS - Project Management and Supervision - Clean Up SITE WORK - Dig out existing rock base to allow for two (2) 10' x 10' slabs (Distribute rocks to surrounding rock areas.) CONCRETE - Form and pour two (2) 10' x 10' x 4" concrete wash pads that slope to a central drain. - Apply light broom or slick finish to slabs PLUMBING - Install two (2) drains boxes in the center of each of the concrete wash pads. -Drain lines will be connected to a drywell at the back side of the rock area.
