Description
Snohomish County is requesting qualifications, price, and availability for the software described below: Flysafe Standard (One year license) - Airspace Link, or equal. Total cost of goods & support may not exceed $50,000.00. Quoted prices shall be good for sixty (60) days. All quoted prices submitted shall be F.O.B. destination, freight included. Snohomish County Bid Terms and Conditions shall apply to any award of contract. By referencing the Quote number, the quoter agrees to the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Prompt payment discount periods offered for less than 20 days will not be considered. Responses should be provided via the Bid Form and Pricing Form or by downloading the Request for Written Quote and emailing it to purchasing@snoco.org. Clarifications and questions may be sent to purchasing@snoco.org. This is a request for quotation only and does not obligate Snohomish County to place an order. Term of award to run concurrently with term of license. Quoter shall be an authorized distributor, dealer, or manufacturer of the products offered, with prior experience and all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications. Product shall be new, intended for sale in the United States, warranted, and supported by the manufacturer. Subscription support shall include updates, upgrades, 24/7 ticket support, email and phone support (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific time, Monday through Friday). When products of specific brands or styles are named, they indicate the required quality or performance. “Equal Products” may be considered if they meet the same form, fit, function, and quality; samples shall be provided at no charge.
