Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires a Feminist Project Monitor to support the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership – Caribbean Project (RWVL-C) with feminist-based monitoring, analysis, and learning transfer. Feminist values and principles will inform and guide this monitoring contract. The overall objective is to build a body of learning over time, culminating in a comprehensive synthesis of learning, rather than a one-off evaluation. The initiative aims to strengthen the capacity, visibility, and impact of women’s rights organizations through sustained engagement, self-learning, and reflections. The project requires a Feminist Learning Project Monitor to document the journey of 15 organizations, applying feminist methodologies that center relational accountability, intersectionality, and collective learning. The objectives include developing evidence-based knowledge and forward-thinking reports drawing on the perspectives of grantee partners and participants.
