Description
The Contractor shall provide Public Relations Services for Virginia Military Institute as set forth in the contract documents. The contract term is through June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. The contractor may respond with Scope of Work (SOW) in response to solicitations issued by VMI. Payment is based on the rate structure proposed in the contractor's proposal received April 21, 2026. Travel reimbursement is based on VMI's travel policies and GSA rates. The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
