Description
The Department of Juvenile Justice intends to enter into a cooperative contract with TriMark USA to provide commercial kitchen equipment. The initial term of the contract(s) shall be from the date of award until the end of the State's current fiscal year. The State's fiscal year is from July 1st through June 30th. The State Entity shall possess (4) year options to renew, exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity.
