Description
The City of McAllen is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to perform professional consulting services supporting water and wastewater systems. Services include consulting engineering, geotechnical materials testing/environmental studies, SCADA systems integration & maintenance, and surveying services. Selected firms will be included in a rotation list for project-based awards including water plant modifications, groundwater treatment, sewer plant modifications, utility master planning, utility installation/replacement, pump system design, and elevated water tower rehabilitation.
