### Description

The project will conduct an open-label trial of sotagliflozin in people with type 1 diabetes, with and without chronic kidney disease, using continuous ketone monitoring to identify ketosis risk factors and develop and refine an enhanced combined glucose and ketone report to support prevention of diabetic ketoacidosis.
