PROJECT: Blanchard Park Trail SOD 2025 Estimate#2790 Estimate dated: 6/9/2025 Division Contact: Howard Destler IV Phone: (407) 254-9030 Please forward all invoices to CFSPARKS@OCLF.NET for processing All materials, labor and supervision required to install several loads of dirt and grade so that a berm is formed at the section of the trail adjacent to University High. Add Sod to entire area. Included in this estimate are the following items. GENERAL CONDITIONS -Project Management and Supervision -Clean up SITE WORK - Orange County Parks and Rec to Remove/Replace Wood Fence - Bring in 15 Truckloads of dirt (18CY/load) - Fill large areas where dirt has washed out. - Per our site visit we are using a model section that was shown to us as an example to rebuild a continuous berm from metal railing to metal railing at bridge. (Berm height is approx 6" higher than asphalt @ 3-4' off of asphalt) - Install no more that 18 pallets of bahia sod. - Clean off trail with blower NOTE -Orange County Parks and Rec to Arrange For Access from University High (Fence Removal and Reinstallation by Orange County Parks and Rec) -All work to be done during normal business hours -Job can begin within 30 days of approval. -Job completion time 30 days after commencement. -No Permit Included
