The City of McAllen issued an informal price quote solicitation for armored car services, with bids due by June 2, 2016. The city reserves the right to accept or reject bids as deemed best.

Description

Electronic Informal Price Quotations addressed to Gerardo Noriega, CTPM, Director of Purchasing & Contracting, City of McAllen, will be received on June 2, 2016 until 4:00 p.m. at the Purchasing and Contracting Department (3rd Floor) of McAllen City Hall, 1300 Houston Avenue, McAllen, Texas 78501. Electronic informal price quotations must be in the City of McAllen possession on or before the aforementioned date and time. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all electronic informal price quotations and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the electronic informal price quotation considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and hold the bids for a period of up to forty-five (45) days without taking action.
