ArborPro will also develop a comprehensive Urban Forest Management Plan aligned with the City's Community Sustainability Plan, emphasizing water efficiency, heat mitigation, and equitable canopy distribution. The plan includes tree inventory analysis, risk assessment, policy recommendations, environmental benefit analysis using i-Tree ECO or comparable tools, planting priority mapping, strategic management recommendations, canopy expansion strategy with 1-, 5-, and 10-year milestones, and cost estimates. ArborPro's team includes ISA Certified Arborists, GIS specialists, and software engineers. The contract includes structured training for City staff and ongoing support. The contract requires compliance with OSHA and other safety standards, insurance coverage, indemnification, and confidentiality provisions.
