Description
The project aims to develop a high-throughput analytical platform coupling online droplet reactions with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) for the analysis of lipids and saccharides. The approach involves creating a contained-electrospray ionization (ESI) source to enable independent optimization of LC mobile phase and ESI spray solvent, facilitating the separation and differentiation of isomeric species.
