Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the roofing work described herein in a professional and workmanlike manner. W.O. #3611589 All work shall be performed in accordance with: - Applicable OSHA regulations - WTI safety standards - Manufacturer installation requirements - All applicable local, state, and federal codes Daily Site Procedures - Technicians shall check in with the customer daily prior to commencing work. - Technicians shall complete a Daily Task Analysis (DTA) each workday before beginning operations. - Technicians shall check out with the customer daily upon completion of work activities. - All job-site debris shall be removed daily and the site left in a clean and safe condition. Safety and Access - Contractor shall establish and maintain job-site safety measures in compliance with OSHA and WTI standards at all times. - Scaffolding shall be craned to the roof and installed 100% around the entire penthouse and shall remain in place for the full duration of the project. Demolition and Removal - Remove and dispose of existing standing seam metal roofing and underlayment (approximately 6 squares). - Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with applicable regulations. Deck Preparation - Install 2-inch ISO insulation and -inch plywood over the existing roof deck. - Secure ISO insulation and plywood using 3-inch metal screws (approximately 6 squares). - Ensure decking is properly fas
