Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 24-08 to prequalify a pool of vendors for health professionals staffing services for three years with the option of up to two one-year renewals in the categories of Licensed Vocational Nurse and Registered Nurse. The term begins September 1, 2023. The RFQ was advertised on June 7 and June 14, 2023, with qualifications received by July 12, 2023. The evaluation was based on qualifications including experience, service implementation plan, insurance and regulatory matters, proof of licensure and certification, and pricing. The evaluation panel recommended approval of 30 qualified vendors for Licensed Vocational Nurse and 29 qualified vendors for Registered Nurse categories. Sufficient funds of $3,400,000 are available in the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III and Health Services budgets.
