Description
The Division of Innovation at the Kentucky Department of Education has awarded a Personal Services Contract for individual and team coaching with a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach with previous experience in team coach situations. The contractor will use the GALLUP CliftonStrengths(R) assessment results of all division staff members to increase engagement and productivity within the Division including specific individual coaching for the Director and each team member as well full team coaching and development.
