Comprising of: AFA4000/E controller, SM7 sensor, Relay interface unit, 4NM Actuator, Sensor cable, Ribbon Cable, Mains Lead and Vent kit 3 EA-COMMS ADAPTOR 3 EA-SASH CLOSER USS P; INSTALLATION - - INSTALLATION, START-UP/COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING JUSTIFICATION: SEVERAL LABORATORY FUME HOODS ARE IN NEED OF REPAIR. IN ADDITION, FUME HOODS AND BSCS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AIRFLOW MONITORING DEVICES BY OSHA, ANSI, SEFA AND THE NFPA.
