DWR is seeking a Federal Governmental Relations Consultant to assist with planning, designing and executing federal flood and flood management related multi-purpose water resources and environmental projects, securing federal funding for flood management activities and related projects, amending federal policies, regulations, and laws related to federal funding and floodplain management, securing federal funding to improve sub-seasonal to seasonal precipitation forecasting, and strengthening cooperative efforts with federal agencies involved.
