Description
It is the intent of the Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) to contract with an interested party or parties to provide a complete Food Service Manual Sanitation System including: Service Specifications, Training Plan, Just In Time Delivery of Premeasured Concentrated Detergents, Dispensing Bottles and Related Items for the 2016-2017 school year from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017. WCPSS has a student enrollment of approximately 157,000 students. The Child Nutrition Services department (hereafter referred to as CNS) serves approximately 60,000 reimbursable lunches and 20,000 reimbursable breakfasts daily.
