ANNUAL INSPECTION ON (1) FULTON SPLIT DA TANK $2,700 - $1,962.89 (Customer Discount) = $737.11 Control Technician 1 Overtime [Boiler Water System] Location - Building Scope of Work -Annual DA Tank Inspection (1) Fulton Split Deaerator & Condensate Tank Schedule - Customer Shutdown: Friday 10:00 PM - California Boiler: 11 :00 PM -7:00 AM (8 hrs) - System Required Online: Saturday 8:00 AM Work Scope: - Verify system is shut down, drained, and safe for entry - Set up confined space, lighting, and ventilation - Open both sides of DA tank and remove manways/gaskets - Internal visual inspection of DA & condensate tank (corrosion, scale, condition) - Inspect spray head and internal components - Take photos and provide condition report - Sweep debris and water wash/flush tanks (leave drains open) - Replace sight glass and valves - Open and clean Y-strainers and inspection piping - Re-gasket and reassemble all openings - Leave system ready for startup Annual inspection and cleaning of the deaerator and condensate tank to maintain reliability and identify potential issues.
