Description
The project proposes to study the beneficial effects of a low-fat, high-fiber diet (LFHFD) compared to high-fat, cholesterol, and low-fiber (standard western diet, WD) in a mouse model with chronic cerebrovascular disease and traumatic brain injury. The study aims to assess the impact of these diets on blood-brain barrier integrity, neuroinflammation, and immune responses.
