Description
This project focuses on developing gene therapy, techniques, and devices to prevent ventricular tachycardia (VT). The research aims to normalize repolarization in post-infarct VT circuits using epicardial gene painting with adeno-associated virus vectors. The project includes development and verification of a gene painting catheter, biodistribution and toxicity evaluation, and efficacy and safety studies in a pig model.
