Description

The proposed research aims to develop state-of-the-art single-cell genomic approaches to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying neurogenesis dysregulation in aging and Alzheimer's disease. The project will create high-throughput, low-cost single-cell genomics techniques, such as sciNext1000 and sci-Div-seq, to profile millions of cells from human and mouse brains. Additionally, spatial transcriptomics will be employed to study cellular interactions within the neural stem niche.
