Description
Development of a tailored, mobile-based intervention for African American women to support stress regulation and prenatal health behaviors, including interactive video content, personalized text messages, prenatal yoga, mindfulness practices, health education, behavioral health promotion, and chronic disease monitoring. Usability testing will be conducted with 24 women and 8 obstetric care providers.
