Description
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material for Vacuum Extractor Truck Decanting Pits per LES Specifications included in this solicitation. The successful bidder will be required to complete the LES Construction Contract, furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, show LES as additional insured for general liability, include waiver of subrogation, furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a licensed surety rated at least B+, and complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form.
