Description

This project aims to uncover mechanisms of ferroptosis regulation in polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSC) and melanoma cells using lipidomics mass spectrometry and single-cell lipidomics imaging. The goal is to optimize a therapeutic approach to promote ferroptosis in malignant cells while protecting and enhancing anti-tumor immunity, employing nano-delivery systems based on graphene quantum nanodots and carbon nanotubes.
