Description
This project proposes to develop a multi-probe endomicroscope with ultra-thin minimally-invasive fiber probes to image difficult-to-reach brain areas in animal models with negligible trauma. The project aims to enable high-resolution imaging and photo-stimulation at multiple sites within currently inaccessible regions of the brain, with applications in neuroscience research and future medical instrumentation.
