Description
Rehabilitation to bring the Wahiawā Dam into compliance with State Dam Safety Program regulations. The dam rehabilitation involves: clearing & grubbing, topsoil stripping & stockpiling, excavation of portions of the existing dam embankment, dewatering & flow diversion, construction of a filter blanket, drain, and downstream embankment, spillway demolition & construction, and topsoil placement & seeding.
