Description
ARMA Bio is developing dual inhibitors of the androgen receptor full-length (AR-fl) and AR-V7 splice variant, which is associated with drug resistance and poor survival in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The project aims to perform medicinal chemistry optimization, assess toxicity and pharmacokinetics, evaluate efficacy in xenograft models, and develop biomarkers, ultimately identifying a lead compound for clinical development.
