Description
The goal of this project is to explore the development and feasibility of a brief, family-based adaptive intervention, via SMART design, for youth aged 10 to 14 with suicidal and non-suicidal self-injurious behavior (SSIB). The intervention aims to increase community-based mental health care attendance and reduce SSIB risk post emergency department (ED) admission. It focuses on improving youth mental health literacy, communication, and engagement, addressing barriers to care, and enhancing linkage to community mental health services.
